Tech Notes 2023 Grüner Veltliner
Our third White offering, this is our second Grüner Veltliner, from fruit sourced out of Marfarm Vineyard, in California’s Edna Valley.

Picked at 18.1 Brix, and Pressed Whole Cluster. Fermented in Stainless Steel to Alcohol Dryness, then transferred into 500L Neutral Oak Puncheons. Aged for 6 Months on the sweet Lees (Sur Lie), and stirred once per week (Bâtonnage) to create mouthfeel.
ZERO Malolactic fermentation.
Only 91 Cases Produced
